Student. Represented Germany at the 2022 Winter School in Nice20 years from now, we will look back to the beginning of our professional careers and remember a handful of decisive moments that shaped our paths. The European Leadership Academy is certainly one of these moments. With a group of 27 brilliant, purpose-driven and smart women, the winter school is not comparable to anything I experienced before. It was inspiring, it was challenging, it was intense. But beyond all, it was a unique chance to build a network of people who will support me along the way – be it as a mentor or a friend. Furthermore, I learned incredibly much in the short time frame. The public speaking, leadership and creative coding masterclasses were hold by extremely experienced coaches and the many personal conversations with CEOs, political decision-makers and thought-leaders opened exciting new perspectives. For me, the leadership academy was a truly wonderful experience, and I can recommend every woman with a strong will to shape our digital future to apply.
